Have you noticed how fragile life is? 

In the past few days I have learned of the passing of two people who touched my life – one was a high school classmate who, when I was new to the area, helped  me feel at home in a new town.  I will forever remember Joyce (Fontana) Rhodes as she was when we were in school – young, vibrant and full of life. 

Barry Rosa, was a former colleague. Barry’s business sense, quick wit and kind heart are just a few of the qualities this very special man possessed. 

Both Barry and Joyce had not reached the sixth decade of their lives.  Their passing will affect many … their living was a gift to us all.
